There’s usually a lot of flexibility in how we structure one or more sessions together, but in general I can say it’s a process that allows for you to look at yourself in a new light (or a current problem, or snag, or emotional hurdle). We will look at the issue from different perspectives and see what comes up in terms of paths of possible resolution. I am very much in favor – based on many years of experience – of deep, emotional conversations and expressions of potential change through creative endeavors. Although it is theoretically possible to highlight many things in just one session, it’s usually better to process issues over time.
