Kroll Splint and more in magical arts festival

Cotton Ferox’ own audio sorcerer Thomas Tibert and artist Johan Hamrin have created an arts festival called Syster Tjära, Broder Djärv. This coming Easter weekend will be packed with interesting goings on in Hökarängen in Stockholm. Cotton Ferox’ Warsaw concert online!

On November 17th, 2013, Cotton Ferox played at the Trans-Wizje 4 festival at Laboratorium in Warsaw. It was by far the best concert we’ve ever done (or, “so far”). We were augmented and enhanced by our local friend Dr Zaraza on guitar and it became a swell and swelling cosmic experience for us all. This was also the moment when the “Mega Golem” was set free, after several years of “astral” construction. So, in that sense, the performance was as much ritual as “concert”. This documentation was produced by the Trans-Wizje crew, so major mega-thanks go out to them, also for the event itself.

The Mega Golem is online!

Cotton Ferox’ piece of music “A Mega Golem Official” was originally commissioned for Vicki Bennett’s “Radio Boredcast” festival in 2011. In 2013, it was released as a digital album by Highbrow Lowlife. During that autumn, I also made a film for it that was first screened at Cotton Ferox’ performance at the Trans-Wizje festival in Warsaw on November 17th, 2013. And now they have merged into one audiovisual Mega Golem aspect! Enjoy!
