A new exhibition coming up

  Between November 10-24 Vanessa and I will exhibit new work at Galleri Granen in Sundsvall, Sweden. The exhibition consists of 23 new images (collages including photography, cut-ups, writing and ”mixed media”) plus a video loop of our collaborative film work from the past two years. On the opening evening we will perform live at the gallery (music, reading, video). Six of the images will be available in an edition of six numbered and signed copies, both via the gallery and ourselves directly. The original artworks will be available for sale via the gallery for the duration of the exhibition. Here are a few examples of images from the show. We will post more detailed information about the exhibition and the images as we get closer to the opening. We’re looking forward to seeing our Swedish friends in Sundsvall! New Carl & Vanessa tracks on Swedish comp

  The label Belzebez just put out a compilation called Dyer’s Pledge. It was originally a support album for the occult bookstore Vansinnets Berg (the Mountains of Madness) in Gothenburg. But as this store ceased to exist before any substantial support could be given, the comp now shines as a post-facto tribute to what once was instead. A new improved recording of the TOPY lecture

  I recently re-recorded  my lecture on Thee Temple Ov Psychick Youth (TOPY). Its was the first of my webinars/online lectures that I ever recorded and I have since then learnt a lot, and acquired some better tech too. So now it’s all out there again, in full TOPY glory! The occultural methods and mutations of Thee Temple Ov Psychick Youth (TOPY) have left a legacy that continues to inspire. In this talk, I look back at my time working (1986-1991) with TOPYSCAN and TOPY Europe in collaboration with Genesis P-Orridge, TOPYUK and TOPYUS. It was a magical, ultra-creative time that taught me many things as well as allowed me to share my own findings with others. TOPY was a unique experiment in occulture, and one that still resonates today.
